SafeTshine's in-house design, development, production, QC/QA and shipping (approximately $4,000,000 USD of annual output) are all top-notch and comprehensive. Our 3,000 sq/m facilities (~ 32,500 sq/ft) and 100+ shop floor staff enable us high capacity. For example, our capacity for reflective vests is 600,000 pieces/month, and 60,000 pieces /month for down jackets. What's more, each month we spend thousands of dollars creating between two and five new designs. Lead times on all orders, including new designs, are faster than competitors. We know that time is money for you, so we work with a sense of urgency but also in a careful, detailed, efficient manner.

Due to this thorough nature, mistakes on our part are naturally minimized. If in a rare case one should occur, we would immediately take full responsibility and act to correct it at our expense and trouble. For example, when an order of more than $1 million USD from a client in Ireland was found to be of insufficient quality (due to our sub-supplier's oversight), we remade the lot entirely at our expense.

With precise communication, responsive service (emails answered the same day - within two hours if possible), and constant use of direct customer feedback we strive for and achieve daily improvement. It is not only our clothing that is reflective; we are - asking ourselves each week what we can do better, and how. Consistent improvement, moreover, directly translates to higher productivity and lower costs, creating value to pass on to end-users through our wholesale partners.
